The Retrozone Belimo TFB24 / TFLB120 Retrofit Motor Adapter Kit 2 highlights:
Works as a replacement for Honeywell M847D series motors on popular ZD and ARD dampers, including M847D1004 and M847D1012 motors and other M847D series.  
Works as a replacement for work on virtually any Ztech, Buetler or other damper that has a  round or flat shaft under 3/8 of an inch diameter.  Simply remove the long pin synchron or Cramer motor, the spring, and black collar assembly and discard, and them mount the custom shaft adapter to the original damper shaft.
Works as a 24 volt 2 va replacement motor on any damper with a round drive shaft 3/8 or smaller in size.
Retrofits the industry leading TFB24 or TFLB120 motor on to many residential dampers.
Works with any brand of standard 24vac zone control system.
Upgrades to a commercial grade, far more powerful motor with 5 year warranty.
Requires two wires to motor and the mounting of the anti-rotation bracket with two self tapping screws, included. 
Add extra hardware (not included) and simple modifications to work on almost any damper.
